After You Order

Once you place an order in the SYKES On-Line Store, your order is submitted to our database for automatic processing.  If the payment type selected is by Mail, the system will hold the order until payment is received.  Orders paid by Credit Card or by Corporate Account are processed immediately. 

The back-end system that supports the On-Line Store not only provides the information that composes the pages of the on-line store, but it manages and tracks the entire fulfillment, packaging, reporting and distribution process.  Customer Service representatives access the system in all of its phases to support users, maintain inventory, and manage the entire process.

Fulfillment

Orders submitted to the SYKES On-Line Store are pulled from inventory and packaged according to specifications.  Our state-of-the-art centers are configured for optimal efficiency through the entire process, from taking the order to shipping the assembled boxes.

Shipping Options:

On-Line Store shoppers may choose to have their items shipped via UPS Ground, Next Day or Priority.  The default selection is UPS Ground.  Shipments can be tracked from the On-Line Store's Item Tracking page.
