Most any type of order can be made using the on-line shopping cart system provided in the SYKES On-Line Store.  If you are not sure how to place a particular type of order, see the sections below.

Placing an Order:

To place an order, simply browse the products in the on-line store, choose an item, select the options (such as size and quantity) and then press the Add To Cart button to the right of the item.  Do this for each item you wish to purchase.  When you have finished selecting items, you can view all the items you have selected on the View Shopping Cart page.  To correct your selection here (if needed), change the available fields and then Save your changes.  If the order as shown is correct, press the Check Out button to proceed to the Check Out form.

Shipping and Billing Addresses:

When you begin the Check Out process, you are asked for your billing and shipping address information. If these are the same address, you need only fill out the Billing Address section.  If you wish for the items to be shipped to a location other than your Billing Address, simply fill out the Shipping Address section.  Don't forget to select the Shipping Method!  If you do not choose one, your items will be shipped by UPS Ground if it is within the United States.  Please see International Purchases for information about International orders.
