Secure Transactions

Your information is encrypted and transmitted over a secure Internet connection.  Appropriate methods have been implemented to protect the transfer, storage and usage of your data.

Returns/Exchanges

The SYKES On-Line Store will not allow returns unless the merchandise is damaged and is returned within 10 days. Exchanges are allowed within 10 days.

Shipment of Items Paid By Check

SYKES On-Line Store will accept cashier's checks, money orders or personal checks from Sykes employees.  When choosing "Pay By Mail", the order made in the On-Line store is printed out for mailing purposes and also submitted electronically to the on-line store database.  When the order form and payment is received, the electronic order is verified and released for immediate shipment.

Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice.  Published prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes.

Shipping Terms

The default selection for shipping is UPS Ground. If you wish to choose a different method, you may do so on the Shipping and Billing Address form. All items shipped are subject to the terms and conditions as stated by the carrier.
