Corporate Accounts

Corporate Accounts have been established as a method for handling business expenses through the on-line store.  Some of these business expenses include client gifts, trade shows, job fairs and employee recognition awards.  Employees in positions that require this type of expense means may apply for a Corporate Account.

    Applying For a Corporate Account

    Users wishing to apply for a Corporate Account will be instructed to fill out a simple Web form.  This form will require that all of the following information be entered:

    Name

    Full name of the applicant.

    Department

    Formal Name of applicant's department.

    Title

    Full Job Title of the applicant.

    Branch Location

    The branch location where the applicant  works.

    Department Code

    The departmental billing code used for business expenses.

    E-mail Address

    The applicant's Sykes e-mail address.

    Supervisor E-Mail Address

    The e-mail address of the applicant's supervisor.

    Telephone #

    The applicant's primary phone number.

    Password

    A password to be used in conjunction with the login name, used to verify the identity of the user.

    Confirm Password

    A field to allow the user to reenter their password.  This way we can confirm that the password entered is correct.

    Request Type

    Is this a new account request or a revision to an existing account?  Select the appropriate option.

     

    Once all fields have been entered, the user presses the Submit button.  The request for a Corporate Account will be reviewed and routed for proper approval. A reply confirming the status of your account will be sent within one week.  Please refer questions about the establishment of this account to the Corporate Marketing Department in Tampa.
